Vaststelling modellen A- en B-certificaat, loodsnota en verklaring scheepsramp

De Minister van Verkeer en Waterstaat,

Gelet op artikel 5, tweede lid, van de Loodsenwet (Stb. 1988, 353) en op de artikelen 2, eerste lid, 19, tweede lid, en 25, tweede lid, van het Besluit certificaatloodsen (Stb. 1990, 507);

Besluit:

Artikel

1

Het A-certificaat, bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, onder a, van het Besluit certificaatloodsen (Stb. 1990, 507), zijnde een verklaring als bedoeld in artikel 5, tweede lid, van de Loodsenwet (Stb. 1988, 353), wordt vastgesteld volgens het model dat bij deze regeling is gevoegd als bijlage I.

Het B-certificaat, bedoeld in artikel 2, eerste lid, onder b, van het Besluit certificaat-loodsen, zijnde een verklaring als bedoeld in artikel 5, tweede lid, van de Loodsenwet, wordt vastgesteld volgens het model dat bij deze regeling is gevoegd als bijlage II.

De loodsnota, bedoeld in artikel 19, tweede lid, van het Besluit certificaatloodsen wordt vastgesteld volgens het model dat bij deze regeling is gevoegd als bijlage III.

De verklaring van een scheepsramp, bedoeld in artikel 25, tweede lid, van het Besluit certificaatloodsen wordt vastgesteld volgens het model dat bij deze regeling is gevoegd als bijlage IV.

Deze regeling treedt inwerking met ingang van de dag na verschijning van de Staatscourant waarin zij wordt geplaatst en werkt terug tot en met 1 januari 1991.

Deze regeling zal worden geplaatst in de Staatscourant.
