Het percentage van de toetsrente, bedoeld in artikel 26, eerste lid, van de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit, bedraagt: 3,6.
De financieringslastnorm, bedoeld in artikel 29, eerste lid, van de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit, bedraagt:

Wijzigt de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit.
Het bedrag, bedoeld in artikel 6, zesde lid, onderdeel a, van de Wet bevordering eigenwoningbezit is voor het jaar 2026: € 0.
De Regeling koopsubsidiegrenzen en koopsubsidieplafond 2025 wordt ingetrokken.
Deze regeling treedt in werking met ingang van 1 januari 2026.
Deze regeling wordt aangehaald als: Regeling koopsubsidiegrenzen en koopsubsidieplafond 2026.
Deze regeling zal met de toelichting in de Staatscourant worden geplaatst.
