The potatoes must have been grown on a field which, upon inspection by an authorized official, was found to be free from Synchytrium endobioticum, Corynebacterium sepedonicum and Heterodera rostochiensis. The potatoes must originate from a crop which upon inspection in the field by an authorized official during the previous growing season was found to be free from the virus diseases of potatoes, listed in Annex I, Part A, d, 2.

The plants must have been grown on a field on which and near which, upon inspection by an authorized official during the previous growing season, no symptoms of Sharka virus were observed.
