Hierna genoemd „de Partijen”,

Op grond van artikel 19 van de op 22 november 2010 te Brussel ondertekende Overeenkomst tussen de Europese Unie en Georgië inzake de overname van personen die zonder vergunning op het grondgebied verblijven,

Hierna genoemd „de Overeenkomst”,

Zijn het volgende overeengekomen:

Voor de toepassing van dit Protocol wordt onder de onderstaande termen het volgende verstaan:

    Diplomatieke of consulaire vertegenwoordiging van de aangezochte Partij: de bij de verzoekende Partij geaccrediteerde diplomatieke of consulaire vertegenwoordiging van de aangezochte Partij;

  • –

    Begeleider(s): de door de verzoekende Partij aangewezen perso(o)n(en) ter begeleiding van de over te nemen of door te geleiden persoon.

Depositaris

Het Secretariaat-Generaal van de Benelux is de depositaris van dit Protocol. De depositaris doet elke Partij een eensluidend afschrift van het origineel toekomen.

GEDAAN te Tbilisi op 5 september 2013, in tweevoud, in de Engelse, Nederlandse, Franse en Georgische taal, zijnde de teksten in elk van de talen gelijkelijk authentiek. In geval van verschillen in interpretatie is de Engelse tekst doorslaggevend.
